Recently, Xinxing Gear held a comprehensive launch meeting for its "Quality Enhancement Initiative". To achieve the ambitious goal of "becoming the world's premier motorcycle gear supplier", the company has positioned quality improvement as its core strategy. To ensure every employee understands the company's commitment and approach, General Manager Xu Wenwu and Quality Director Song Jiawen conducted in-depth visits to all departments. They systematically promoted the mobilization speech titled "All-Staff Action: Quality First, Excellence Pursuit" and the "Quality Enhancement Action Plan: Deepening Quality Breakthroughs, Building a Robust Defense System", fully conveying the firm belief that "Quality is Life".

At every meeting, Mr.Xu confronted the current quality situation head-on, using data to highlight the urgency of quality reform. He stressed: "Quality is the lifeblood of the enterprise and the livelihood of every individual! The company will never tolerate quality shortcomings that hinder development, nor will we allow any employee who contributes to quality to suffer losses."

In order to improve the quality, Mr.Xu put forward three hard requirements:First, strict implementation of process discipline, no overstepping;Second, strengthen self-inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection to prevent defective products from transferring into the next process;Third, carry out a comprehensive investigation of quality problems to prevent the recurrence of problems from the root.
In his strategic deployment, President Song underscored that this upgrade initiative constitutes not merely a critical battle, but a comprehensive system overhaul. The company will implement 'positive reinforcement' as its guiding principle, utilizing the 'Honda QAV-2' methodology to address root causes of high defect rates and batch production issues.

The special action will be carried out in four stages:Week 1-2: Pinpoint the top 3 issues in each process stage and accurately identify the root causes.Week 3-4: Dig deep into the root cause, implement temporary countermeasures, and quickly intercept the bad;Week 5-8: Formulate permanent countermeasures to promote fundamental improvement of process, tooling and standards;Weeks 9-12: Verify the effect and standardize to ensure the problem does not recur.
To encourage full participation, the company launched the "Special Quality Performance Plan", which clearly states "whoever improves will be rewarded, and whoever lags behind will be helped". The plan sets up both team and individual incentives:
Team Awards: Manufacture team and final inspection teams will receive cash incentives ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 yuan based on their month-on-month performance improvement in key metrics like PPM and customer complaint rates. Teams failing to meet standards will face corresponding fines, with a 'support mechanism' established to assist in improvements.
Individual awards: The "Quality Advanced Employee" and "Quality Advanced Inspection" awards will be established to cover front-line operators and inspectors. The reward standards are clear and the coverage is wide. It is expected that more than 30% of front-line employees will be awarded every month.

Furthermore, the company regularly conducts "rationalization suggestion campaigns," encouraging employees to propose ideas on quality, efficiency, and cost optimization. Every accepted suggestion is rewarded with both recognition and cash incentives, ensuring that employees' insights are acknowledged, respected, and rewarded.
From the firm determination of the top management, to the incentive policy covering all staff, from the comprehensive publicity and implementation covering all departments, to the policy design of incentive to people, Xinxing Gear has built up a quality defense line of "full participation, whole process control, all-round improvement".
